How the Sprint works

Before we begin

Your Prep Pack

The Program

Before the first session, we'll get to know your business.

You'll tell us what you sell, who you want to reach, what you want social media to do for your business, what's currently driving you mad and what's coming up over the next few months.

That means we can spend less time giving you generic advice and more time helping you work on your business.

Week One

Build your Content Blueprint

What should I actually be posting?

First, we give your content some direction. We'll look at your 90-day business goals, your audience, what you want to be known for and what your content actually needs to achieve. Together, we'll work through your:

Audience. Messaging. Content pillars. Business calendar. Posting rhythm. Content workflow.

We'll also look at how you're organising everything behind the scenes, from your Content HQ and file storage to scheduling tools and creation apps. By the end of the session, you'll have the bones of a clear 90-day content strategy built around your business.

Week Two

Turn Strategy Into Ideas

Now we make the actual plan

This is where the blank-page problem starts disappearing.

We'll turn your strategy and content pillars into specific things you can actually create.

Reels. Carousels. Stories. Founder content. Educational posts. Product content. Customer questions. Hooks. Calls to action. Campaign ideas.

We'll build your 90-day content calendar and work out not only what you're publishing, but what needs to be created to make it happen.

And we'll prepare for the best bit...

Week Three

Content Day

The slightly glorious content factory

One full day dedicated to actually making the stuff.

You'll have approximately 45 minutes of professional photography with Emma Raye Photography, with five professionally edited images included.

Depending on your business and what will be most useful, that might include founder portraits, working imagery, simple product photography, detail shots, website imagery or campaign-specific photos.

But your photoshoot is only part of the day.

While Emma photographs each business, everyone else keeps creating.

We'll pair up to capture:

Reels. B-roll. Talking-to-camera clips. Product footage. Stories. Informal phone content.

You'll arrive knowing exactly what you need to create because we've already planned it together.

No standing in a studio wondering what to film.

No camera roll full of lovely footage you have absolutely no idea what to do with.

We make what the plan actually needs.

Week Four

Make It Work in Real Life

Because the goal isn't to have one incredibly productive month and then disappear from Instagram again. In our final session, we'll bring everything together. We'll match your new assets to your content plan, fill the gaps, repurpose what you already have, draft captions and finish your first couple of weeks of content. We'll also create your ongoing content rhythm and a Minimum Viable Content Week for those inevitable periods when business, children, life or general chaos take over. And we'll look at your analytics without turning you into someone who refreshes Instagram Insights seventeen times a day. What matters? What's working? What should you repeat? What should you test? What can you safely stop obsessing about? Then we schedule. You leave with content going out into the world.

The goal isn't to make more content

It's to make content stop taking up quite so much space in your brain.

To know what you're posting next week.

To have photos you're actually excited to use.

To open your camera roll and find the B-roll you need.

To know what your business needs to talk about.

To sit down to create without starting from zero every single time.

And to have a system that still works after the Sprint is over.

Because social media is supposed to help you run your business.

It shouldn't feel like another business you're trying to run.
