Some information may also be collected through the third-party services we use to run Stellar Content Club, including Squarespace and Stripe.

To provide something you've purchased
We use your information to process your booking, confirm your place, communicate with you about the programme and provide the workshops, materials, photography, content creation and other services included in your purchase.
To personalise your Stellar experience
Information you provide through your Prep Pack helps us understand your business, goals, audience, content challenges and what you want to achieve.
We use this information to prepare for the programme and make the guidance and support you receive as useful and relevant to your business as possible.
To process payments
We use Stripe to process payments and, where applicable, manage payment plans.
We may retain information relating to your transaction, such as your name, contact information, amount paid, payment status and transaction records, for accounting and administrative purposes.
To communicate with you
We may contact you with information relating to something you have purchased or signed up for, including programme details, preparation information, reminders, changes and follow-up information.
These service communications are separate from marketing emails.
To send marketing communications
Where we have the appropriate permission or are otherwise permitted to do so by law, we may send you emails about Stellar Content Club, including future programmes, events, news and offers.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Payments
Payments for Stellar Content Club are processed securely through Stripe.
Stripe processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
We do not need to receive or store your full debit or credit card details ourselves.
We may receive and retain information about your transaction, including your name, email address, payment amount, payment status and relevant transaction information.
If you choose a payment plan, Stripe may also process future payments according to the payment arrangement you agreed to at checkout.
Your Stellar Prep Pack
After joining a Stellar programme, we may ask you to complete a Prep Pack or questionnaire.
Your Prep Pack may ask for information about your business, audience, products or services, marketing goals, social media activity, upcoming launches or events, existing content and imagery, content challenges and what you would like to achieve through Stellar.
We use this information to prepare for and deliver your programme.
Where specialist collaborators are involved in delivering your Stellar programme, we may share relevant information from your Prep Pack with them where reasonably necessary for them to provide their part of the service.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted service providers to help us operate Stellar Content Club. These currently include:
Squarespace — to host and operate our website and, where applicable, manage website forms and email communications.
Stripe — to securely process payments and manage payment arrangements.
We may also share relevant information with:
professional advisers such as accountants where necessary;
technology and administrative service providers we use to operate the business; and
specialist collaborators involved in delivering a Stellar programme, where they need relevant information to provide their part of the service.
For example, information relevant to social media strategy may be shared with a social media specialist involved in your programme, while information necessary for your photography session may be shared with the photographer.
We only share information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Photography, video and content creation
Some Stellar experiences include professional photography, video and collaborative content creation.
Photography or video created specifically for you as part of a programme may naturally contain your image, voice, business, products or other information you have chosen to include.
We may also take photographs or video during Stellar workshops, Content Days or events.
Where we want to use identifiable photographs, video, testimonials or other participant content to promote Stellar Content Club, we will make the intended use clear and obtain any permission required.
Participating in a Stellar programme does not automatically give us permission to use your image for unrelated promotional purposes.
Cookies and website analytics
Our website is hosted by Squarespace and uses cookies and similar technologies.
Some cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off.

Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending you essential communications relating to a programme, product or service you have purchased.

Some of the service providers we use may process or store personal information outside the UK.
