Stellar Content Sprint
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase a place on the Stellar Content Sprint.
Stellar Content Club is operated by Firdalia Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us” or “Stellar”).
By purchasing a place on the Stellar Content Sprint, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before completing your purchase.
1. About the Stellar Content Sprint
The Stellar Content Sprint is a four-week, hands-on content strategy and creation programme designed for small-business owners.
The programme combines group workshops, content strategy and planning, social media guidance, professional photography, collaborative content creation and implementation support.
The specific dates, times and locations for your Sprint will be shown on the website and/or provided to you before you purchase.
Your place relates to the particular Sprint and cohort you have booked.
2. What's included
Your Stellar Content Sprint place includes:
three group workshop sessions;
one full Content Day;
guidance on developing a 90-day content strategy and plan;
support developing content pillars and content ideas;
social media strategy and guidance;
collaborative opportunities to create Reels, B-roll, video and other social media assets;
a professional photography session during the Content Day, currently planned at approximately 45 minutes per participant;
eight professionally edited, high-resolution images from your photography session;
the Stellar Prep Pack, workbook and programme resources;
support in developing a practical content workflow and system; and
guidance towards preparing and scheduling your first content following the Sprint.
Any deliverables described as approximate may vary slightly depending on the needs of the cohort, venue, creative requirements or other reasonable practical considerations.
Where a material change is necessary, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.
3. What isn't included
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, your place does not include:
management of your social media accounts;
ongoing content creation after the Sprint;
a fully produced 90-day library of finished content;
specialist photography locations, props, models or equipment outside the planned Content Day;
additional photography or editing beyond the photography included in your package;
paid advertising;
printing or other third-party production costs; or
individual consultancy outside the scope of the programme.
The aim of the Sprint is to give you a clear plan, useful assets, practical support and a repeatable system for creating and publishing your content.
4. Your place
The founding Stellar Content Sprint is intentionally limited to six participating businesses.
Your place is confirmed once we have successfully received your payment or your first payment under an agreed payment plan.
You will receive confirmation using the email address supplied at checkout.
Please check that the information you provide when booking is accurate and let us know promptly if anything needs correcting.
5. Pricing and payment
The Founding Six pricing for the Stellar Content Sprint is:
Pay in full: £495
or
Payment plan: three payments of £185, totalling £555.
If you choose the payment plan, you are purchasing the full Stellar Content Sprint for a total price of £555. It is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.
The first payment is taken when you book, with the remaining payments collected automatically through Stripe according to the payment schedule shown at checkout.
The payment plan may continue after the four-week programme itself has finished.
By choosing the payment plan, you authorise the scheduled payments to be collected using your selected payment method.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may contact you to arrange payment or ask you to update your payment information.
We will not charge you more than the total amount agreed at checkout unless you separately purchase an additional product or service.
6. Your right to cancel
If you purchase your place online as a consumer and the statutory cooling-off period applies to your purchase, you will generally have 14 days from the date the contract is entered into to change your mind and cancel without giving a reason. Legislation.gov.uk
To cancel, email hello@thestellarcontentclub.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your booking.
You do not have to use any particular wording.
If you validly cancel during an applicable statutory cancellation period before any services have begun, we will refund payments due to be refunded under applicable law.
If you expressly ask us to begin providing services during the cancellation period—for example because your Sprint begins within 14 days of booking—and you subsequently exercise a statutory right to cancel, we may be entitled to charge a proportionate amount for services already provided. If the service has been fully performed within the cancellation period following the required request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end. GOV.UK
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
7. Cancelling after the cooling-off period
We understand that plans sometimes change.
If you need to cancel your place after any applicable statutory cancellation period has ended, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thestellarcontentclub.com.
Because the Sprint has only six places and we commit costs in advance to venues, collaborators, photography and programme delivery, cancellation may result in us retaining or seeking an amount reflecting losses we reasonably incur as a direct result of your cancellation.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce those losses, including trying to fill your place where reasonably practicable.
If we are able to fill your place, this will be taken into account when determining any amount payable or refundable.
Any cancellation charge or amount retained will be reasonable and will reflect our actual direct losses rather than operating as a penalty. This approach follows current CMA guidance that cancellation terms should reflect genuine losses and account for a business's ability to reduce them. GOV.UK
If you are paying by instalments, cancelling your attendance does not necessarily mean that all remaining instalments automatically become payable. Any amount due will depend on the circumstances, the services already provided and the reasonable losses resulting from the cancellation.
8. Transferring your place
If you can no longer attend, please contact us.
We may allow you to transfer your place to another suitable small-business owner, provided:
the request is made with reasonable notice;
the replacement participant is able to take part in the relevant cohort;
doing so does not cause unreasonable disruption to the programme; and
we confirm the transfer in writing.
Please do not sell or transfer your place to someone else without contacting us first.
9. Missing a session
The Stellar Content Sprint is designed as a live, collaborative four-week experience.
If you are unable to attend a workshop or Content Day, please let us know as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that missed live sessions can be repeated, rescheduled or provided individually.
Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to help you keep up with the programme through relevant materials or resources, but this will depend on the nature of the missed session.
In particular, photography sessions and Content Day activities rely on venues and specialist collaborators and may not be possible to recreate or reschedule individually.
Missing a session does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the service we provide does not meet the standards required by law.
10. Changes made by us
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may require us to change a venue, timing, collaborator or other practical element of the Sprint.
Where this happens, we will aim to keep any changes as small as reasonably possible and will communicate them to you promptly.
We may substitute a collaborator where reasonably necessary, provided this does not materially reduce the overall service you purchased.
We will not make material changes to the programme simply because they are more convenient for us.
11. If we postpone or cancel
If we need to postpone a session, we will give you as much notice as reasonably possible and arrange an appropriate alternative where we can.
If we cancel the entire Sprint and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will refund amounts paid for services that will not be provided.
If part of the programme cannot be delivered and we cannot provide a reasonable equivalent or alternative, we will deal fairly with any appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
12. The Prep Pack
After booking, you will be asked to complete a Stellar Prep Pack.
The information you provide helps us understand your business, audience, goals and content needs and allows us and our specialist collaborators to prepare for the Sprint.
Please provide your Prep Pack by any deadline we give you.
If you submit it late, we may have less time to tailor elements of the programme to your business.
Information supplied through your Prep Pack will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Photography and content creation
The Content Day includes professional photography and collaborative content creation.
The photography included in your package is currently planned to include approximately 45 minutes of photography and five professionally edited, high-resolution images.
Exact shooting arrangements may depend on the venue, your business, the agreed photography brief and practical circumstances on the day.
You are responsible for bringing any products, clothing, props or other materials we've asked you to provide for your planned content.
Delivery arrangements and expected turnaround times for edited photography will be communicated separately.
14. Permission to use your image
Taking part in Stellar does not automatically give us permission to use identifiable photographs or video of you to promote Stellar Content Club.
We may ask separately whether you are happy for us to use photographs, video, testimonials or other content featuring you or your business for Stellar's marketing.
Where consent is the appropriate basis, you are free to say no.
Declining promotional use will not affect your participation in the Sprint.
15. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the original content and intellectual property you bring to the Sprint, including your branding, photographs, business materials and content.
Your rights in photographs and other creative work produced by third-party collaborators may also be subject to the relevant creator's licence or terms, which will be communicated where applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you bring to the Sprint do not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights.
16. Stellar materials
The Stellar name, programme structure, workbooks, templates, frameworks, presentations and original programme materials remain the intellectual property of Firdalia Studios Ltd or the relevant creator.
Your booking gives you permission to use the materials provided to you for your own business and personal professional use.
Please don't reproduce, resell, distribute, teach from, publish or commercially exploit Stellar programme materials without our written permission.
Nothing in this section prevents you from applying the ideas and strategies you learn during the Sprint to your own business.
17. Confidentiality and the group
A big part of Stellar is being able to share ideas, challenges and plans openly with the group.
We therefore ask everyone to treat information shared by other participants with respect.
Please do not share another participant's confidential business information, unpublished plans, materials or personal information outside the group without their permission.
We cannot guarantee the actions of other participants, but we will encourage a respectful and collaborative environment.
18. Behaviour
We want Stellar to be a welcoming, constructive and collaborative space.
We may take reasonable action if someone's behaviour is seriously disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing or otherwise makes it unsafe or unreasonable for the programme to continue as intended.
Where appropriate, we will raise concerns and give the participant a reasonable opportunity to address them before taking further action, unless the circumstances are sufficiently serious to require immediate action.
19. Results
We will provide the Stellar Content Sprint with reasonable care and skill. UK consumer law implies this standard into contracts for services and it cannot simply be excluded by contractual wording. GOV.UK
However, content and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.
We therefore cannot guarantee particular outcomes such as:
increases in followers or engagement;
particular levels of reach or website traffic;
enquiries, leads or sales;
revenue growth; or
specific performance from any piece of content.
The programme provides strategy, education, creative support and practical implementation assistance. Decisions you make about your business and how you use that information remain your responsibility.
20. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided we have taken reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
21. Personal information
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Stellar Content Club website.
If you have questions about how we use your information, contact hello@thestellarcontentclub.com.
22. Problems or complaints
If something isn't right, please contact us as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to resolve it.
Email:
hello@thestellarcontentclub.com
We will aim to deal with concerns fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
23. Changes to these Terms
The Terms that apply to your purchase are those made available to you when you book.
We may update these Terms for future bookings, but we will not retrospectively make material changes to your existing contract without an appropriate legal basis or your agreement where required.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory legal protections or rights you may have regarding where proceedings can be brought.
